As RPC is probably the biggest letting agent in Burnley, and I met satisfied RPC clients at a Landlord Training Day, I decided to have a go with them.  I'm glad I did.  Their refurbishment work exceeded my expectation, and by the time I arrived back home in Sussex they had found a tenant for me, and sent me a scan of the tenancy agreement and photo of the tenant.  Whatever problems came, Mujeeb solved them in no time.  Great big thanks to Mujeeb, my knight in shinig armour.

On looking after our client's interests

My main concern when faced with the task of managing my properties from London, was my lack of local knowledge and the inability of being "onsite" quickly if needed.
