Rehman Property Consultancy offers Buy-to-Let properties, refurbishment services and letting services.  We specialise in properties in Burnley, Padiham,  Nelson. Brierfield and Colne.

Tenants on Local Housing Allowance  receive £55 to £110 per week, depending on the tenants individual needs.  LHA is paid directly to the tenants, and we collect the rent directly from the tenants.   We specialize in finding and managing suitable good tenants in this category. We work closely with local councils and aim to ensure that all properties we manage qualify for the local authority Good Landlord schemes. North East Lancashire is an area where refurbished terraced houses (freehold and long leasehold) can produce running gross yields of 6% to 8% and more, as well as good scope for capital gains. We welcome enquiries from new and existing clients looking to invest in Buy-to-Let opportunities.

Who is Who?

	Mujeeb Rehman is our very pro-active Managing Director. He is out and about most days, meeting tenants and clients, organising refurbishments and dealing with the hundreds of issues that arise in the daily running of the business. His mobile phone is constantly on the go, and his patience and cheerful confidence is legend.
	Carolyn Harry is actively "behind the scenes" as Company Secretary, sorting the administration, accounts, publicity and marketing and working very close with the MD to keep the company's performance up to scratch.
	Yvette Fort is the Administrator and Office Manager. She deals with the daily paperwork, emails and phone calls, liases with the council and acts as PA to Mujeeb.
	Judith Whittaker is our administration assistant and she helps Yvette with all the office administration.
	Steve McKay is out and about visiting properties, collecting rent, organising repairs and gas certificates, helping tenants sort benefit claims, and sorting out all manner of incidents related to rental property maintenance.
